Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. what is the propose of "Oracle Fusion Middleware Upgrade Assistant - step 5 of 9" page?

if we use the target DB's password & failed.

seems the source DB's password is the expect value of this page.

Isn't should be the target DB's password required in this page?

Hope any body who knows the background/purpose.
