May I confirm that Does local super user of BI Publisher could publish a schedule job?

(or could be understand add XMLP_SCHEDULER, XMLP_ADMIN role)

anybody knows the method of how to confirm the role.

or local super is only for the emergency login and give any role is forbidden?
