UBE launch Issue

Hello ,

we have just completed the Tools release upgrade in our setup from 9.1.0.0 to 9.1.4.6 .

The upgrade has been done successfully on all severs .

Now i have to submit a full build , i did try it from the DS server but when i click on the submit build button once i complete assembling it ,

i can see the UBE launches and it disappears without any progress .

I also tried to run some other UBE as well but not able to run any and all end up with the same issue .

Can somene help me on this .
