user is not able to login DV910 in Deployment Server

Hello,

i want to login with new created user in standard Environment on Deployment server. but when i try to login with user got Error "JD Edwards EnterpriseOne could not sign you on. Make sure user id is correct and retype your password"

User user name and password same on capital latter.
