By referring to Index 11 Errors in Scheduler Kernel Log and Jobs Are Not Launching (Doc ID 652076.1)

Any scheduled job is environment specific ?　Or the scheduler kernel will be run accross all environments ?  Based above default Env of jde.ini

does it mean the scheduler job only will be running in DV7334 environment?

What if the scheduled job failed in PD environment, could it be this type of setting ?

pls further clarify ?
