Siebel Applicaion Access

Dear All,

We have installed Siebel application [Siebel server/Web server / DB Server] in Oracle VM . Application is up and running in VM ware but when we are trying to access from base line network, application is not opening. Any special setting do we need to follow to access it from base line network.
