ASCP does not create Planned Orders if Sourcing Rule is switched to Single Source

We are 12.1.3  Version . We have defined  sourcing Rule with  Supply from  two Sources -  50% from Supplier and 50% from Transfer from Other . Then  switched the   Source to Single - 100% purchase from Supplier.  We have   Firm  requisitions   for transfer   and it existed for six months from now  and it won't cater the entire Demand. Expectation is  ASCP should   will respect the  Firm planned orders and  suggest for the Planned orders from Supplier  for the balance demand and Once the  Firm  Requistions are consumed, then all supplies to be planned from Supplier.

Plan Launch Date : 30 Oct 2014

But we had the following result

1. Firm  Requisitions are respected and   but the new planned Orders has been created  with Supplier  only from  March 2015 . Eventhough the Firm Requisitions does not fulfill the demand  fully  from October 14 to March 15, ASCP does not plan any Plannned Orders to Supplier to the remaning unfulfilled Qty.

Howdy, Stranger!
