Who's Who Update

We use Employee Quick Hire to add our new employees. Our HR Manager said that she has never manually updated the Given Name, Middle name, or Surname fields in Who's Who but these fields contain information for all our employees. We recently added two new employees from the quick hire and their information was not updated in Who's Who. I'm not sure where these fields would pull their data from. Is there a report that would update the Who's Who fields or are they fields that have to be updated manually?
