Control Scheduler Delivery Method Access

Hello,

I have not seen anthing to make me think this is possible but is there any way to allow some users access to email delivery but not FTP? From what I have seen if a user has the xmlp_scheduler resp they see all configured delivery options. I would only like a very select group to have access to FTP reports.
