IFRAME is not rendering full screen as expected from Policies/Proposal Screen by action(Clicking the

IFRAME is not rendering as expected to the Full screen from policies/proposal Screen by action trigger by clicking the Proposal button which is configured to invoke Symbolic URL.

it is rendering as a small box with size 47X47 (HXW) .This is happenning after the upgrade to openUI from 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.11.

Need help in resolving the same.

Steps taken to debug and fix.

Intially it was rendering  full screen but a blank page so fixed the SWT file by placing it in OpenUI/template folder

one more chnage is popup to TRUE in symbolic URL parameter.

Then it started appearing but in a minature version.
