Unable to attach inventory text file to 'Analyze for Conflict' - Oct 2014 CPU

All,

Subject: Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 db SPU, SPARC 64 bit, Version of opatch is  11.2.0.3.3.

Newbie trying to the applying of patch (SPU)  .. as I am at the step of attaching the inventory text file to execute the Analyze for Conflict process I receive the error:
FUP-RF-01: Failed to retrieve the file: please try again.

I have pulled down the inventory file from the opatch/lsinv directory and placed on my windows 7 desktop where I want to run the analyze. The proper platform and Oct2014 patch (19271438) is shown correctly along with the proper platform.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
