Open 4 Standby database on same time

Hi,

I have 4 Critical Production database with SAP Application.Configured Physical data guard for all 4 Production database.All four database are interconnected with each other.

My question is if any disaster happen, i want to open all four Standby database as primary on same time for example

If i am opening my first database on 8:00 am so other all the database should be open at 8:00 am .

for this i need to set any parameter in database level
