Labour and Equipment Time Entry

We are working in E9.1 and looking for options for entering labor and equipment time against work orders, directly into JDE on a daily basis.  The objective is to capture labor and equipment time without having to upload an external spreadsheet. We have considered using speed time entry P051121, but have found that once an employee has entered their time,  the timecard does not pick up any retroactive changes (i.e. rate changes) that our payroll department might make.  This has become our biggest stumbling block to real time direct entry into JDE as we may end up paying someone incorrectly.
