Compensation Workbench - Flexible Summary Functionality?

Hello -

We are running CWB globally for the 3rd year in a row, and my users are starting to want to dig a little deeper into the delivered reports and statistics.  I am having a hard time finding information on some of the functionality and if there is any way to change the current configurations.  Specifically, on the Review and Submit task, when a user clicks "Flexible Summary", appearing in the detail are employees who have been terminated and no longer eligible for the plan.  Is there any way that we can change the selection criteria for this to  only show
