This thread should address your following issue

In other to apply patch 16063527, there are pre-requisites patches such as 9239089 and 8919491 as advised by the patch README file. The first pre-requisites patch 9239089 was applied successfully, but the second patch 8919491 was not. It exit out with error:

Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.

There are now 218 jobs remaining (current phase=A28): 0 running, 1 ready to run and 217 waiting.

Connecting to JTF......Unable to connect. ###################>>>>>>>>

AutoPatch error: The following ORACLE error:

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied ###################>>>>>>>>

occurred while executing the SQL statement:

CONNECT JTF/*****

AutoPatch error: Error while evaluating "Check Object"
