Is there a process that will automatically close a requisition that was for an inter organization sh

Is there a process that will automatically close a requisition that was for an inter organization shipment.  I have created the Internal Shipping Order, shipped it and the internal order delivery is closed.  The shipment was then generated for the destination organization and the receipt was competed in full.    The shipment shows fully received but not closed.   The problem is the original requisition is still open and shows no product delivered.  Is there a process to close the shipping orders and receipts that will show the requisition as being closed as well?
