Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can we implement SIM R14 version with RMS on R13.2.5

Hi Team - Client want to implement SIM R14 version, Recently RMS 13.2.5 went in production. Is it feasible to implement SIM R14 with RMS 13.2.5.
