TPV Warranty Replacement in Depot Repair

Hi There,

We are using Oracle version 12.1.3 and have implemented Depot Repair Module. Customer wants to implement new repair type for Third Party Warranty Replacement Process. We are using the Task mode for Repairs.

Scenario: If we Purchased a Product from vendor and sold to customer which came back for replacement. Now we need to send same product back to vendor and get new product from Vendor which will be shipped bac to Customer.

Do you know if we can achieve this in Depot Repair and if yes what will be the setup for Installed base sub transaction type.
