Unable to create Supplier surrogate response from Buyer after publishing the RFI.

Hi All,

 

I really would apprecite if you help me with the below:

 

 

I am not available to enter a surrogate response for a prospective supplier. I mean, I have created a RFI and I have setup a prospective supplier into my list of suppliers. It has been published and when I tried to enter the surrogate response, I am not available to find the prospective supplier name to enter it.

 

 

Could some of you help me?
