Oracle Enterprise Manager Plug-in Question

I have been trying to compare and determine the version of a plug-in (SQL Server) in Oracle Enterprise manager 12c we implemented few months ago with the download link reference (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/grid-control/downloads/devlic-099348.html) which was given by my manager, to see if there are the same type or if we've already had the latest version. I need a little help here.

I have used E24473doc as reference to check the plug-in information in our 12c grid control (Setup->Extensibility->plugins->Action),
I got the following:

Plug-in ID oracle.em.smss
Vendor oracle
