How to Identify SGA consumption point in time/Between Interwals on the fly

Hi,

In our system we have set sga_max_size as 60 GB, also db_cache_size is 51 GB.
So I would like find out SGA consumption on spot, how much system is consuming(like temp tablespace usages for sorting,grouping etc.,)
when is our system start using SWAP memory.since the system is performing quite huge no of activity.

Pls. guide me if you have any scripts to find the above.

Also guide me for any good material/videos for Diagnosing AWR Report effectively.
