New features in Oracle R12 - 12.2.2.4 vs R12- 12.1.3

Dear Oracle EBS upgrade team,

We are currently on release R12- 12.1.3 running GL, AP, FA, AR, PO, CE, XTR, iExpense, iProcurement and iSupplier applications.

We would like to know the new features and functionalities that Oracle Release 12.2.2.4 will bring to our business team and making their existing processes better and more efficient.

Also, I know from technology stack the release R12.2.2.4 now runs on Weblogic, has integration with Endica search engine, has a better Oracle Work Flow and the online Oracle Patching capability, etc...

Where can I find an Oracle R12 - 12.2.2.4 release notes that cover the new features, enhancements for our mentioned Oracle applications and Oracle technology stack changes?
