OTL: How to default a Change Reason on OTL timecard with CLA setup

Hi All

We have CLA setup for timecards and wanted to know if there is a way to default a Change Reason from the lookup: OTL Change Audit Reasons (HXC_CHANGE_AUDIT_REASONS)
