Two locations for single org needs to be active for transcations.

We need to have two locations for a single org. Where we want to perform sales and receiving transcations on  both the org. But we observed that in inventory org setup, we only able to attach a single location. When we try to take receipt of second location, we get attatched error. Please guide to resolve the same.

What will be the setup required, which allow user to use two different locations to take receipts in single org.
