New Payruns calculating 0 earnings
Hello This happening in 11.5.10.2 and r12.1.3 alike.
Problem is like this:
1. When user create a new payrun worksheet it calculates 0 amount for oct-15 period which is a fiscal year 2015 period ranging from 1-OCT-2014 to 31-OCT-2014;
2. We deleted and created new ones over and over but it still shows the 0 amount.
3. The OIC calculation engine is just working fine. There is no issue there. I think the link between calculation and worksheet is broken. Why the amount is not showing up on the worksheet.
We have one strange thing in our period setup.
Oct-15 is open and active. Freeze flag is unchecked
