How I set prevetive maintenance using base date and meter reading?

Hi

We use PM for engine motor and set combination of creation PM work order every 365 days or bu meter reading evry 250 HR (of engine) .

After migration th R12 the process create PM work order for those asset evrey month , and it shuld by every year .

How I need to set the PM to use this combination rule?
