Order not getting started even after expected start date

Hi,

We have done two deployments in OSM 7.2 O2A PIP code, in the second
deployment we made the orders to start earlier than the first. The orders which
were submitted before the second deployment were getting started even after the
expected start date has reached. Is there automated way or any customization
available where we can resubmit 1st deployment orders or any solution for this
please..
