How can I find Transactions which are not accounted and transferred to GL?

I want to find material and receiving transactions which are not accounted and not transferred to GL. We are on 12.1.3. We see a difference of millions between GL posting and what is existing in INV. So need to know what all transactions are not transffered to GL ?
