Sending Email from Fixed Email Account

We are implementing JDE Ent1, I found that all notifications coming from procurement and custom workflow based applications are not coming with fixed sending email id. the emails are generated with from address of employees.

In EBS we used to receive email from a fixed email erpalerts@companyname.com. How can we implement this in JDE.
