Automatic Bank Stmt Processing (R09600) problems

Hi,

I received a text file from the bank and I ran R09600, which completed successfully. However, the process only creates the Header staging file (F09610), but fails to create any records in the details file (F09611). Can any one help please?????

The data is formatted as required by JDE. In fact, I have only 1 line in the statement file. I have attached the bank text file for clarity.
