Re-org reclaim space of one large Tablespace

i want to reclaim at least 30-40% of one large tablespace (300GB) that i can see it's able to do it, but it seems the HWM of the databafiles is high, even i used segment advisor and i didn't get any recommendations, so I'm planning to use manual procedure like alter table move tablespace

or alter table shrink space

I want that you give the best approach according to my scenario that I''ll give you all the details, I'm going to paste the details
