Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do you get Oracle to generate a DD collection BACS file (using CGI format) having a zero collect

This is in order to comply with the BACS AUDDIS requirements of sending mandates in advance of any DD collections i.e. with a 0 collection amount
