Oracle Entrprise Manger-Plugin version

I am referring to  document E18740-01.  It is showing Release 12(4.1.3.2.0) of latest version of the Oracle Enterprise Manager for SQL Server plugin.

I checked on our OMS server with "emcli list_plugins_on_server" command and it shows "Microsoft SQLServer Database oracle.em.smcc 12.1.0.4.0".  Based on this information, could someone tell me if our version is older ?
