Project Costing implementation steps for new Ledger/OU

We have created a new Ledger/OU in our Oracle EBS US instance (R12 version 12.1.3).  Can anyone suggest any white papers or other documentation that would provide the Project Costing implementation steps to include the new Ledger/OU in the existing project costing module.  FYI, the new Ledger is using a different currency than the Ledger/OU currently configured to use the Project Costing module.
