Repair Orders Details > repair owner field: List available based on CRM Resources & how to limit it?
Hi gurus,
I have instances that have conflicted info: in 1 if i create a CRM Resource with Support role, the resource appears on the repair owner field; in the other it doesn't.... any idea?
Also, this list will become quite extensive when ALL sites are live - isn't it possible to trim this down based on groups?
