OEM Agent Windows installation 12c - force install to use Netbios name?

Hello,

We have a unique environment where we have Windows servers that are members of a domain, however, we do not use that domain for DNS.  We use a separate implementation for DNS resolution where we manually put in the server's name and ip address, and it differs from the domain name we have our servers in.  We do not want to use the domain DNS name (strange but true).

So what is happening is when we install the OEM agent, it registers the server using the FQDN of the server, which is not in DNS.  Then, although the agent installs just fine, the OMS cannot talk to it because it cannot resolve its FQDN (which we know doesn't exist).  If we try to install the agent before joining the domain we receive an error that the FQDN is invalid (we were able to get around this if we ignore prereqs but that has been causing other issues on occasion).
