Error while trying to approve a GL journal

Dear All,

I re-assinged journals peding for approval for a subordinate (the manager is on leave). Now when the subordinate tries to approval the journal through workflow notifiction, she is getting the error "NO_ROLE_FOUND".  We are using Oracle ebusiness suite 12.1.3. How can I recrify this?
