Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. there is a configuration failed while I running EPM system configurator 11.1.1.2.3 on windows 2003, I am not sure if I need this one.

Directory is : Hyperion foundation-->Perfomrance management architect--Configure database.

Please check the installation logs.
