Not allowing to change 'assignment Status' in debrief

Hi All,

User is having problem in updating 'Assignment Status' of debrief in SR.

While opening the debrief from SR form, it is not allowing to change 'Assignment Status' for the first time (after entering labor items). User has to go back to SR screen and then again to corresponding debrief, then only he can able to change assignment status to completed from LOV.

This problem is coming for a particular responsibility named 'XX EESD US Finance Processing Group 1 Ph' and not coming for other responsibility.

I have also checked in 'Task Status transition Rules' and found that this responsibility is added there with correct rule. Also, task status transition is well defined.
