Email Accounts not listing for Agent Assignment
We have a requirement to create email accounts and add agents(users) to the accounts. Upon completion of the required setups for account creation and also user grants and roles we are unable to find the email accounts in the LOV for ‘Agents and Accounts Assignment’
Could find the email’s created/updated - up to date on other fields and LOV’s. Missing from Agents and Accounts Assignment.
Any pointers on possible reasons would be of great help.
