Can we install Oracle Application Server (OAS) under 9.1 on Windows 2012

Hi, I am not getting enough help for configuring websphere 8.5 to work with our new 9.1 installation. Oracle documentation mention that OAS is included with the 9.1 release. I am wondering if I can install OAS under 9.1 on Windows 2012 as a temporary solution to provide access to our business users through web. I have working installation of 9.1.4.7 (Dep server on Windows 2008 R2), Ent and DB server on Windows 2012. Also server manager is installed and working. The missing part is the Websphere 8.5. Though I have installed but have difficulty in making it work with
