Create Task Template

Create Task Parts

Template for Product

Create Task Template and Task Parts mapping based on Service Request Type

Business Flow:

Create Service Request based on type defined in Service Request Type

Save it.

Task, Parts and Skills is auto-populated

Go to individual task and change the task to "In Planning"(Advanced Scheduler) and save it.(Change is Required or ends with message: Task cannot be scheduled)

Click on "Parts"

Error Comes up. ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
