Projects Transaction Import - Service Type

We created a Projects Transaction Import -Positive template, and it is uploading most of the GL data.  The issue we are seeing is the lack of the service type being uploaded.  The task does have a service type assigned to it, but it is not being picked up when we upload to the Projects module.  Did we miss a setup?
