Open Enrollment functionality
Newbie question... We've set up Open Enrollment and updated rates. When someone completes their enrollment, and we run a quick pay, we can see the new rates on the SOE. But if we run a quick pay for someone who hasn't completed enrollment, the old rates appear, even if we date-track to the new year. Is this expected functionality, or did we skip a set-up step? I would have expected to either see the new rates or no deductions for benefits.
