Can a Table Conversion log when running on the Enterprise Server?

We have a developer troubleshooting a very obscure issue with at TC.  The issue only happens about once a week.  Trying to duplicate the issue from the dev station isn't helping.  We don't know if the issue is in the data, logic or ...  We're hoping we can just log this TC for a week or so and when the issue happens hopefully spot what's going on in the logs.
