The EPM 11.1.1.4 workspace not open Dimension and Aplication Library

Hello Dear,

could help me? I already restarted the whole environment. The port is ok "<add key="ProcessManagerPort" value="5251"/>". The World Wide Web Publishing Service was restarted.

the error and log below
