Automating EBS startup or shutdown at server boot

Hello,

I have a new 12.2.4 EBS suite installation on Linux RHEL 6. I know how to startup and shutdown DB and appstier nodes with scripts under $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME. But does someone knows how to do it at server startup or shutdown without having to enter WebLogic server password ? Also is there a way to do it without having to give apps password in clear text ? For example:

$ adstrtal.sh apps/xxxxxxx

You are running adstrtal.sh version 120.24.12020000.9

Enter the WebLogic Server password:
