Hello,
In Customer Support Specialist, is there a way, via personalization or other to allow the
user to modify the owner type and owner fields during task creation from
templates?
Navigate to Customer Support Specialist > Customer
Support > Agent Dashboard > Select a Service Request and open > Go to
the Resolution and Wrap Up task > Select a task template next to ‘Create
Tasks Using Template’ and click Go
We have the task owner type defaulting to Group and the
Owner defaulting to a specific group using site level profile values:
Service: Default Service Request Task Owner
Service: Default Service Request Task Owner Type
