Printing Transportation Shipping Documents

Client is implementing JDE Transportation Management.  They like the Transportation Shipping Document functionality, as it can print all the shipping documents at once.  (Currently, they print Pack List, BOL, Shipment Notification, and Customs Paperwork, using status updates on the SO to ensure that all are printed.)  My question is, how can they ensure that they print all the shipping documents for each shipment, since Transportation Shipping Documents do not require that each order go thorough all the status updates, before being invoiced?
