How to Delete the single item to all organization?

Good Morning.

I hope all are doing well. My requirement is I need to un assign the single item un assign to all organization. I was used Delete items but at the time select the all organization but In details selected organization only appeared. For example i selected the IMO organization means. Details that organization only appear default. How can i insert other organization. Any profile/ Setup is there pl guide me.

Kindly check the Attachment. It's very most urgent pl help ...
